چکیده
Background: Glioblastoma (GBM) is one of the most aggressive tumors, health-threatening, and resistant to available treatment approaches for people worldwide. Objectives: This study aimed evaluate effects swimming training a supplement comprising four nanoliposome herbal extracts in rat model with mid-brain tumor. Methods: In this experimental study, 56-male-Wistar rats (230 ± 20 g) were divided into eight groups (n = 7): Normal group, + exe lipo, extract, lipo-extract, extract-exe, lipo-extract exe. Mid-brain tumor was induced by injection C6 glioma cell line (5 × 105 suspension) using stereotaxic techniques substantia nigra area rats. Consumption nanoformulation herbals extract (100 mg/kg/day), crude (30 min, 3 days/week) performed six weeks. P53, Hras, IL-10, Casp8 studied bioinformatics analysis. We assessed relative expression genes via quantitative Real-Time PCR (qRT-PCR) method. Beam test sciatic functional index nerve function motor coordination. Results: In-silico analysis highlighted substantial significant differential compared healthy status as biomarkers pathogenesis conditions. The level P53 Hras increased nanoliposomes enriched complex complement. Besides, IL-10 decreased Conclusions: Our findings show that nanoliposome-enriched combined supplements can possibly be considered effective complementary medicine impairment recovery brain area.

Background: The neuroprotective effects of duloxetine, as an antidepressant agent, and the neurodegenerative effects of methamphetamine have been shown in previous studies. Nonetheless, their exact neurochemical and behavioral effects are still unclear. In the current study, we sought to clarify the molecular mechanisms involved in the protective effects of duloxetine against methamphetamine-in...

In the European Union, traditional herbal medicines that are regarded as “acceptably safe, albeit not having a recognized level of efficacy” fit into a special category of drugs (“traditional herbal medicine products”) for which requirements of non-clinical and clinical studies are less rigorous. A regulation proposal published by the Brazilian National Health Surveillance (Anvisa) defines a si...
